Polaris Ranger Metalastic Suspension Bushing Kit

This kit is designed to replace the OE plastic/steel setup with high quality zinc plated metalastic bushings, providing a significant upgrade to your Polaris Ranger's suspension. 

Metalastic bushings offer improved resistance to wear as there are no areas for water and mud ingress to enter, and is a simpler setup with less components.

This is a direct fit with no modifications required.

You will need a hydraulic press or suitable vice to fit the bushings as they are a tight press fit.

The metal sleeves are required for first time fitting (only needed on the rear hubs), and will work with both M10 and M12 hardware.

IMPORTANT - BY PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING TO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SUSPENSION BOLTS UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS OFF AXLE STANDS AND AT RIDE HEIGHT - This allows for the the rubber bushes to relaxed at ride height vastly increasing longevity. We are not responsible for failures caused by not doing this.
